• Damaged goods

If you're goods are damaged upon reception please let us know within 5 days after delivery. alexis@ruecareau.com

• Change of mind

If by any means your new furniture doesn't entirely satisfy you please let us know within 14 days after delivery. Pass this delay refund won't be eligible.

Customer are eligible for an exchange, credit store or refund. A 15% restock fee will be applied to any refund.

Return shipping fees are at customer expenses.
